Varbi Service Disruption

Here is a update about what caused the service disruption.

The disruptions were caused by two main reasons:

11:15 - 11:42 CET: Error with configuration structure update
During the update of our configuration structure, this led to some temporary service disruptions.

12:40 - 12:47 CET: Unplanned security update of database software
Our server provider performed an unplanned update which resulted in some downtime.

The disruption does not come from any external influence, and we want to emphasise that this was not an attack, no data was lost and no data has left our servers.
